We also have capacity for developing & manufacturing of Jigs & Fixtures for new development in R&D department. Production is being done by our skilled machine operators, under guidance of our highly qualified supervisors with a wide experience in this field of Connecting Rods. Corrective & Preventive maintenance is being done to achieve the requested output. The production is going on in our different SIX PRODUCTION UNITS, which are situated under one roof to meet the customer requirements on time. We also have a facility of Generator Set for our production capacity, incase of power failure. To meet the requirements of our valued customers, we have a full spare capacity. We have installed a wide range of latest machineries in our works for every kind of machining & developing like VMC-400 CNC Machine, 2 Spindle Automatic Torque Runner Machine, Broach Machines, HMT make VMC-400 CNC machine, 3D-CMM {CNC Version} machine, Fracture Cutting Machine, Weight Balancing Machine, 2 Spindle Electric Torque Runner {George Renault Make}, Shot blasting Machine, Crack Detection machine, Washing machine, Profile Projector, Broach Machine, Gun Drill {Negal-Germany Make}, Honing Machine, Magnaflux Crack Detection Machine {Magnafield Make} and other relevant machineries including SMPs, Lathes, Milling, Grinding Machine and every latest Instruments, all duly calibrated, have been installed at our 6 different production line.
